Updating Custom Product Pricing

Overview of how to update product pricing for the full custom product through the Cavewire system. 

Custom Products are considered slightly different products to other stock/recommended sizes. They are individually priced for complete control over pricing options.

To update these prices complete the following steps.

Step One

Go to the Manage Products page under Catalog-> Manage Products and select the product you want to update using the searchable filters at the top of the table.

Step Two

Navigate to the Recommended Products tab on the left hand menu.

Select the full custom option from the list. This should not have any dimensions for Length, Width or Thickness. Generally this option will appear at the top of the list.

Recommended Products Tab - pricing will update once saved. Any full custom options (top line) will need to be opened and updated individually.

Step Three

When the new tab opens, navigate to the pricing tab and update where necessary.

Select Save

A new window will open -> Navigate to Prices tab and update where necessary
