What does quote_not_exists error mean?

If you get the quote_not_exists error when placing an order, you will most likely have an old cart/quote open that has caused this. The error will most likely occur when a cart has been open for too long and become stale due to product or pricing updates.

To fix this:

1. Click the GREEN Account Select button
2. Remove any old carts
3. Select the account you want to order for and open a new cart/quote
