Customer Pricing Groups can be implemented in 4 Steps:

- Assign your Customer to that Price Group
- Set Shopping Cart Price Rules where necessary. eg. $100 off Retail Pricing
- Add Pricing Group to your Products

Navigate to the Customers->Manage Customers tab
Open your customer and navigate to the Account Information tab on the left side menu
Find the Group Label and select the right group from the dropdown menu
Set Shopping Cart Price Rules where necessary
These rules pertain to the particular discounts offered to a group. If the group receives a set amount of a percentage off the Retail or Wholesale Price, these rules can be added in here. For more information, view our Shopping Cart Price Rules how to guide.
Promotions -> Shopping Cart Price Rules page
Add Pricing Group to your Products
Now you need to assign pricing groups to your products. When setting up your products navigate to the Prices tab on the left hand side menu.
On this page you can see information on Prices. In the Group Price section, select ADD GROUP PRICE and select from the dropdown the group price you want to add.
Any Shopping Cart Price Rules associated with this Group Price will then use the information in this tab to create the final price for that customer group.
If no price is selected, any Price Rules will use the original Price set for the product to create the final price.
If no group price is selected, and no price rules are in effect, the original Price will act as the fallback final price.
