The following guide will take you through how to dispatch multiple surfboard models at once from the Control Tools Screen.
NB. only one customer can be chosen per dispatch.

To dispatch multiple boards for an account you will need to complete the following steps:
Make your selections for dispatch
Select each board you want to dispatch in this order.
Use the Select All, Unselect All, Select Visible, Unselect Visible buttons for larger orders.
Check that the number of items selected matches the amount of items you want to dispatch.
Select the boards that you want to dispatch - check the number of items selected matches your dispatch total
Select your Dispatch Action
From the Actions dropdown menu, select Dispatch.
Actions -> Dispatch - this will open a new section to enter Shipping Details
Complete Shipping Details
Enter in your dispatch details into the new fields if you have them. These include the Courier Code, Courier Title and Tracking Code. If you do not have these, you can leave these fields blank.
These details are recorded in the Sales Order under the Shipping tab and can also be updated at a later date.
Select SUBMIT to dispatch your boards.
New Dispatch/Shipping information appears once Dispatch is selected from the Actions dropdown menu.
Once you select submit place wait until you see your green confirmation message showing the boards that have been dispatched.
These boards will then be moved into Archive/Complete.
