Your Cavewire system uses a number of high level cache techniques to increase the speed and performance of your Cavewire instance.
Sometimes due to the timing of background automatic processes, some features of your Cavewire system may be cached meaning that items can be displayed incorrectly. Given time for the next round of background processes to run, these incorrectly displayed items will be re-loaded showing the correct display.
To expedite the process, you can clear the system cache.
To do this:
- On the Admin menu, select System > Cache Management
Then, do one of the following:
- For each cache that needs to be refreshed, click the checkbox at the beginning of the row
- You can also click Select All to refresh all system caches.
Set Actions to "Refresh", and click the Submit button.
