This article shows how to configure your Account Settings for your online accounting module. You will first need to connect with your external accounting software.

Step One
Navigate to the Account Settings page by going to Accounting->Account Settings on the admin menu.

Step Two
Select your relevant Accounting Software you are configuring.
Fill out the following information:
Shipping Sales Code - the Chart of Accounts that records your Shipping Charges
Discount Code - the Chart of Accounts that records your Discount deductions
Accounting Country - the country your Accounting is being recorded for
Default Sale Term - set your default sales term no. of days
Auto Authorise Sales Invoices - Select Yes or No. This is defaulted to No so you are able to make any necessary changes to draft invoices once they are sent to your Accounting Software.

Step Three
Select Save Settings.
