How to Connect to QuickBooks Online

This article shows how to connect your Cavewire system to Quickbooks Online.

First - check with the Cavewire team that your Accounting Module has been activated.

After you have had your Accounting Module Activated you will need to:

Step One

Go to the Accounting->Accounting Setup page via the admin menu

Step Two 

Select the Connect to Quickbooks button at the top left of the screen.

Step Three

When the Cavewire for Quickbooks App popup appears, you will need to select Authorize to allow the connection between your Cavewire and your QuickBooks Online account to initiate.

Your QuickBooks Online account has now been connected to your Cavewire account.
