This article shows how to manually move an item back to a previous stage of production.
NB: This should only be used in circumstances where the an item has been canceled or you are unable to move the product in the Control Screen by Administration Users.
Items that have been invoiced should also not be moved manually backwards in production.
Navigate to the Tracking History Page by selecting CONTROL->Tracking History.
Using the filters in the table, find the product you need to update in production. The best way to find this is to use the product ID in the filter ID.
Find the stage you want to return the item to. The table results will show all of the tracking history for that item from initial ordering to where it currently sits. Select the line you want to return the item to by selecting EDIT.
Once you open the relevant tracking record.
Select ACTIVATE to return the product to that point in production.
Once complete, your product should appear live in production in the tracking stage that has been activated.
