This article will explain the steps to give your wholesale accounts (retailers) access to order directly from your Cavewire Manufacturing System.
Step 1. Setup your customer
Create a customer account in your Cavewire system for your Wholesale Account. To do this you will need to setup the customer with the following details:
- Store Name
- Contact Email Address
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Billing / Shipping Address
- Customer Group

Step 2. Advise Cavewire of account in need of setup
Send an email to support@cavewire.zendesk.com including the following details:
- Store Name
- Contact Email Address
- Contact Name
During this process, please CC the best contact email for your wholesale account into the email so they are aware Cavewire is a contact for them to reach out to for any troubleshooting.

Once the account has been setup, Cavewire will inform the Wholesale Account of their login details as well as provide them with training videos for easy ordering and order status tracking.
