1. You may not be using the right web browser.
Cavewire performs best when using the Google Chrome Browser. Other internet browsers may cause the Cavewire system to run slower than normal and some functions may not work correctly.
2. You may have used an email address already assigned to another account / customer.
New accounts will not be saved if the email address entered has been used for another account / customer. Make sure you have the customers correct and current email address when setting up a new account.
