How to Download Products from an External System

This guide will show you how to download products from an external Cavewire system.

Step 1.

Navigate to Catalog->External Products

Step 2.

Select the External Cavewire you want to download products from

Step 3.

Select the category in the external instance your products are in.

Step 4.

Using the checkboxes on the left, select the products you want to download. NB the products that have a green tick next to them have already been downloaded and are currently in your system. Also, for Surfboard models, you only need to select the model to download, the recommended sizes will be downloaded automatically.

Step 5.

Select Download. Your products will begin to download - depending on the amount of products you have selected for download, this could take 5-10 minutes.

Step 6.

You new products are now in your local Cavewire system.
