You can choose how which channels your email order confirmations are sent out.
To choose which channels your emails are enabled through, you need to navigate to your System->Configuration page.
Using the left-hand navigation, navigate to Cavewire->General.
Under the first heading EMAIL - select the options you want to enable email sending through.
B2C - Front End |
Orders that have been placed through your website (only relates to the e-commerce module and some glassing products) |
B2C - POS |
Orders that have been placed through the Point of Sale module |
B2B - ATS |
Orders that have been placed by retailers through their ATS (Available to Sell) module |
B2B - View |
Orders that have been placed by brands or retailers through the surfboard ordering screen (Caveview) |
B2B - Control |
Orders that have been allocated to customers from the Control Screen |
B2B - Auto Order |
Orders that have been automatically order (only applies to brands who have set up Auto-Ordering) |
B2C - Sales Order |
Orders that have been placed through the Sales->Orders screen |
B2B - Wholesale Order |
Orders that have been placed through the Wholesale Ordering module (coming soon when module is released) |
