How to find a product's SKU using Tracking Records

Individual products that are moving through your Production Control system have been assigned an individual Cave Track ID (product number).

Sometimes you may need to find out what the exact SKU of this Product is.

In order to do this you can search for it in the system's Live Tracking Records.

Step 1

Find your product in production control and copy their Cave Track ID.

Step 2

Navigate to the Control->Live Tracking Records screen

Step 3

Search for your Cave Track ID in the ID column and open it by selecting it from the results list

Step 4

Find your products SKU next to the SKU field.
