Setting Different Shipping Tables for Customers

Different customers or customer groups may be entitled to special shipping table rates.

For example, the rates you may offer your wholesale customers may be better than your website / direct customers as they will generally by in larger quantities more frequently.

You can setup different table rates for your shipping by following the Table Rates how to guide.

Customers are set by default to the 0 Table Rate, however you can change this by following the steps below:

Step 1.

Open your Customers->Manage Customers page

Step 2.

Select the Customer you want to update

Step 3.

On the Account Information tab on the left, select the Shipping Table for that customer

Step 4.

Select Save Customer
