How to connect with a brand for wholesale orders

It's never been easier to order surfboards through Cavewire.

On the homepage of your Cavewire system, you will see a list of the available brands in your region:

What does this mean?

Now you can see which brands in your region are available for connection within the Cavewire network.

To connect with a brand, the email address used to setup your retail Cavewire system will need to be registered on the brand's system.

If your email isn't registered on the brand's Cavewire system you will receive a message within Cavewire. If thats the case, you can contact the brand and ensure you are saved as a customer in their system, and the email address for your customer account is correct.

Once this has occurred, click on the brand's logo to request a connection.

When the connection request is approved you will be notified by email and can begin wholesale ordering with your connected brands.

Cavewire retailers have the ability to:

• Shop from the Available to Sell (stock) list for each brand they're connected to.
• Order custom and stock products at any time of any day. 
• Check what products they currently have on order with their connected brands and see what stage of production they're in.
