Why won't a board appear in control tools?

Check that a CaveControl Station number has been set. 

In order for a board to populate in the production control screen, a CaveControl Station number must be specified for each surfboard model, and its full custom size. 

The CaveControl Station number is needed to tell that board what stage of production it should begin in. 
If there is no CaveControl Station number the board cannot be sent to the production control screen as it does not know what stage of production to start in. 

The CaveControl Station number is based on the ID of your fulfilment stations. For example, if you would like the board to begin at the 1st tracking route in the 'Production' fulfilment station, you would enter 1.

You can set the CaveControl station number by clicking on any surfboard model and opening the 'Cavewire' tab.

If the board still has not been sent to control tools, check that aCaveControl station number has been set on the full custom size of that model.
