When trying to allocate a board to a customer account in the control screen, if you receive a message reading “payment method not allowed” this means the product that are you trying to allocate has been disabled.
To enable the product so it can be allocated, go to Catalogue > Products > Find the product and set the status to 'Enabled'.
Once the system has updated all the recommended sizes for the product (which can take a couple of minutes), you will then be able to assign the product to a customer.
