Only sell available stock for specific models

Cavewire websites have the ability to only sell available stock for specific surfboard models. This is a custom development which can be requested via the help desk feature request form.

If your website has this functionality, you can control the surfboard models in Catalog->Products and then select the surfboard Model. In the Cavewire settings on the lefthand side, there is a field called "Only sell available stock". Set this to Yes.

For a model that has been configured to only sell stock, on the frontend website the customer will not be able to add a custom order to their cart. All recommended sizes that do not have stock will be disabled. If there is no stock available the Add to Cart button will also be disabled.
